Andromeda was good but no where near as compelling as the original trilogy. Played through ME1 again recently and it still holds up well. Looking forward to playing through ME2 again though!
£5 for the complete collection is great value, and highly recommended - although I assume this does not include all of the DLC?

No, it won't. You still have to buy those idiotic "Bioware Points," and then "buy" the DLC with those, which makes the DLC expensive and you'll end up with points left over that are utterly useless. They changed it to real-world money on the consoles, why they never did on PC is beyond me.
(rant over, it's frustrated me for years :P )

Hence why I have restarted my Mass Effect journey on Xbox One via Backward Compatibility - I would rather have played the trilogy on PC but couldn't work out how to get the DLC, but that explains it. Plus I already had some DLC on Xbox anyway from the original 360 playthrough, and the rest was on offer on Live recently so I'm stocked up and ready to go :stuck_out_tongue:
Unfortunately, I believe the only way to get the ME3 DLC, without the use of torrenting, is to buy it at its ridiculously high price straight from BioWare. If you are going to buy it, I'd say get the Citadel and Leviathan DLCs and leave the Omega and From Ashes DLCs.
You can get the Prothean squad mate, Javik, from the From Ashes DLC for free by changing a couple of lines of code:
Obviously you don't get the mission where you find him, but I you could watch it on YouTube if you want to be filled in with the story.
It's very rare that I'd advocate piracy, but I'd fully understand someone torrenting the ME3 DLCs; it's utterly ridiculous that a single story DLC pack now costs more than the entire base game!

If these were re-released on console they'd go for £30. But PC gaming is expensive, right?!
