I have the 458 and agree it's a competent drill but I'm not sure where you're getting more than twice the power?
This is rated at 61Nm and the 458 is rated at 91Nm so almost 50% more.

I placed an order for this 'Prime exclusive' in January and it was only delivered last week. Absolute bargain, but only if you are prepared to wait!

same here. ordered in Jan, arrived 3 months later... drill is very good (as you would expect!) , and batteries are the newer type with a charge indicator.

because I tried it on cement with some decent drill bits from makita. only got a few cm into the cement. I had to finish it with an SDS drill

Or you meant concrete maybe and not just pure cement?
You do know masonry includes bricks too, right?
And this drill eats bricks for breakfast.
