OK so because i knew something you didn't that means I'm a cocksure expert or just stating the facts that i happen to know? People like you deserve no advice then don't you and the opportunity to spend your money unwisely at times through lack of information.
Fairly well specced bike apart from the absurd decision to place the rear brake where they do. I see no reason whatsoever to spec a bike like that?

Aerodynamics, as simple as that. Plenty of top makes do it too on their aero bikes

Frame is stiffer down there as well so increases brake power. I have the ALUR 700 it's a cracking bike

Again only available in 'XS' which seems common for Decathlon discounted bikes. Is it normal for carbon forks to be only guaranteed 2 years but the main aluminium frame guaranteed for a lifetime? It really doesn't inspire confidence in carbon forks. Would this be a good donor bike to use with a aliexpress chinese carbon frame? If so what sort of price would you get for the aluminium frame? Components seem generally pretty good and light.

This is the simple reason I don't bother posting on here. Too many "experts".....
Would be good to see even ONE example of a professional time trial or pro bike that places their brakes there....
The most I can see a full carbon BTwin selling for in the last month on ebay is £310 here 310 full carbon
By all means buy this half specced and weird framed bike for £600
HAHA!

I did buy it when they had XL, 105 set not mentioned so well worth the money. Great first dip into real road bikes for me, shame a car driver decided to kill it when they didn't see it or me on it. Would buy again if they had my size, and once I can ride again.
