Absolutely no fees on foreign spending or cash withdrawals until August 2018
56 days interest free on purchases and cash withdrawals
Arguably a better deal than Halifax clarity which charges interest from the moment you withdraw cash
Only downside is visa exchange rates slightly worse than MasterCard
I've just used this in Cambodia,
Vietnam and Singapore and worked perfectly.
Note - contactless does not work abroad for security

Do you have any comparisons of the difference?
Yes, with Clarity you pay interest, but I normally pay a day or two after withdrawing.
Example, withdraw €120 (currently around €1.16 - £1) and pay £100, the fractions are minimal.

I guess its convenience too - whilst travelling you might not get the opportunity to pay off the clarity card straight after withdrawing cash
with Barclaycard you've got piece of mind of knowing its interest free for 56 days
comparisons of what?

Comparison of the exchange rates.
How worse is it? I'd imagine marginal?

This is well worth having alongside the Mastercard. Doubles up as a very handy spare. Any cashback anywhere?
