Just to let you know its worth checking your IKEA Family Card at their Kiosk before you make any payment at their checkouts, Got 3 coupons worth £35 off today when I was buying a wardrobe.
It's free to print at their Kiosk. Could be for selected members but like I said it's worth checking before you make any payments and might save you few tenners.
Good luck.

I hate IKEA, I nipped in for some steak knives and had a 20 minute walk to get out!

These machines are situated after you have done your shoping so you should go in the exit first and check.

99% off the time I get a hot dog or donut, but then a few weeks ago we got a six pack of wine glasses and a couple of weeks later got £20 off a £100 spend voucher

Do you have to type in any details? I assume the kiosk is that touch screen thing round the cafe?
I've forgotten whatever details i used to get my card.

I checked yesterday and had 33 different offers for various products, not the same vouchers they used to do which were straight money off though. ALWAYS worth checking though

That's definitely not the case in my local branch. In Gateshead, the Ikea Family section ( where both the scanners and Ikea Family orientated products are) is pretty much in the middle of the store by the Restaurant and toilets, you have to walk past it to get to the upstairs marketplace section and the back to the checkouts. There are some additional scanning screens after the checkouts but these I think are more for when they have the receipt scanning competitions, but I assume that every store is laid out a little differently.

That's the Ikea way. Sometimes you can short cut departments if you know your way round the store . But it's designed in a way to encourage you to browse and make impulse buys. Perhaps you should as a previous commentator suggests and start at the end.
