Were you expecting 200mb for £5ish a month?

They're doing this to everyone. You are due a pro-rata refund as the moderator of the BT forum (who represents BT itself) has stated:
The sky SR102 is absolute trash. b/g/n 2.4ghz single channel only, 3 years old, integrated power supply that makes high pitch coil whine, mediocre wifi range, 100mb LAN ports.
It works, but it's very basic.

Unlimited downloads is good. No calls included so need to keep that in mind. Good deal though.

Nowadays people have minutes on their mobile which really helps, yeah it makes sense someone may accidentally call and get extra bill

Cracking deal, should be hotter. Ideal for those who get a decent speed and don't require fibre speeds. Would have been perfect for my inlaws if they weren't already with sky. Can also add unlimited calls for £8 a month. I'm amazed some people are voting cold because of the speed at this price! Worth having even if you don't use broadband for line only. Worth noting though, if your line speed is less than 2MB sky will refuse you as a customer.

As part of the OFCOM regulation, you can cancel within the cooling off period without termination fee. In the case of Sky BB, it's 31 days if my memory is correct

I cancelled within the 28 day window, no penalties. You still pay pro-rate for what you have used. I would ask them to match this or threaten to cancel, you never know your luck...
