fab price but it will cost a bit for some dimethylformamide and a full face respirator when you try to get the bath out without taking half the wall with you! Soudal fix all is a very workable sealer/bond which doesn't go off as fast as sikaflex and also sticks like shlt to a blanket. Its also solvent free and mould resistant

Stixall is also an equivalent 3 in 1 and a bit cheaper on amazon

Can't see stixall for lower than £3.70 on Amazon. Sika is a good brand. This is hot.

There are LOTS of different types of Sikaflex available - be useful if the type was in the title.

8 years ago I used some leftover grey sikaflex car body panel adhesive to seal round the kitchen worktops. Still looks the same as the day I put it on.
Grabbed a couple of these for collection as I am bound to need it when I seal round the windows later this year
This will beat any of the stuff unibond does.

Can this be used as general sealant in a bathroom.

If it's silicon based then it's ok, anything else eg acrylic, water soluble, etc then it's rubbish

This is a single pack PU. The others you mention are rubbish but PU uses different chemistry altogether. The main benefit over silicone is it doesn't stink of acetic acid and cleans up well with acetone.
