Appears this TV is going down in price week by week recently.
I am very close to bitting point on this TV. Question is - will it reach £800 soon?!
Edit: Now priced at £829 & confirmed that JL is price matching.

Been waiting for local Currys to have it back in stock so I can get it for £810 but very tempted to get this instead so I can have it by the weekend.

I was informed in January when I received mine by currys that they weren't getting any further stock in past the orders over Xmas..
It's an incredible TV and we'll worth it at this price

How exactly are you going to get it for £810?
I'm assuming 10% staff discount....

Do you think it's worth getting JL to price match or just order from these guys?

Might be wrong but is it an extra £285 to get 5 years warranty?
JL will only price match on like for like terms, their price includes 5 year warranty.

Jl don't bother about the warranty when doing a price match if you do it online, think they do in store, had many pricematch honoured

lots of bad reviews around, is this still plagued with artefact issues or did a firmware update fix it?

So many people blame 'TV problems' like motion blur, motion artifacts, motion judder, etc on their TV, when it's normally due to a low frame-rate, low bit-rate or processing by the TV.
Also some people are just more critical and will never be happy unless they're watching the equivalent of Dolby Vision at home.

Have not seen a single bad review myself, been looking as just been offered this as a replacement for a Samsung UE55JU7000.No 3D but seems to excel in every other area so i guess i should say yes.Hate the stand so will most likely use a bracket.

I have a Samsung and have seen plenty artefact issues with the smoothness turned up. It's to be expected as it's filling frames that don't exist, using interpolation. Turning it off obviously removes the issue, but I'm reading people saying it exists even with it off on this set.

Yeah with a staff discount
Submitted the price match request but not heard anything back. If they do come through then I'll be buying some gift cards to make it even cheaper
