Generally accepted that they have very good customer service. Of course there'll be some bad stories but overall it's top notch.

I price matched in Jan against Hughes with discount code for 55ks8000 and JL came back very quickly agreeing to it

like I said why JL? I asked them to price match over Xmas refused basically couldn't be arsed and didn't want to match a legitimately good deal. customer service isn't that wonderful from experience as they did handle the price match pretty poor.

Seems you're smarting over one specific issue? They have always seemed very good in the past, and their CS seems excellent, perhaps your price match didn't comply with their t&c?

You're probably right. I've seen people whinge and moan before about price matching when often it's because of the terms and conditions which people haven't read. I've had stuff accepted and rejected by JL on the price match side of things. All the things which were rejected were correct.
