Rtings found the Q7 to be not much of an improvement, with the KS7000 being marginally better in many areas: http://uk.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/q7f
(It's a US site so KS8000 there is KS7000 here).
If other sites come up with the same review I wouldn't expect retailers to be that keen to discount them.

Where did you get code so I can price match with John Lewis please.

I'm not a big fan of the retailer but its still £50 cheaper than john lewis and still comes with the 5 year warranty. I doubt john lewis will match pcworld if a code is used but maybe worth a go.

They want to price match or I'll cancel my order and take my business elsewhere.
But PC World and Currys get my worst retailer vote.

John Lewis price matched at this price in between Christmas and new year.. But I'm sure it wasn't a voucher

They did, but there was a voucher on Currys part.
I think if you tried to ask JL for a price match they will reject because of the T&C's of price match.
But like before they might just do it on the website anyway

John Lewis price matched this from currys for me at xmas at this price. Since then I've returned 2 tvs due to faults and currently on my third. Picture of this tv can be fantastic but it's far from a perfect to (check forums before buying). Bear this in mind before you decide which retailer you want to buy it from.

I've got issues with mine with motion blur and judder. I've had mine since December 27th from curry's. obviously out of 30 day money back guarantee. are you still in yours or are you on your third set through Samsung warranty?

not sure if they will
We don't expect you to find a lower price at another high street competitor for the same individual product, sold with the same service conditions - but if you can, we'll match the price when you buy, or refund the difference for up to 28 days after you've purchased from us when you make a price match claim.
We have shops, call centres and a website giving you flexibility in how and when you buy from us. The level of service we offer can't therefore be equalled by online or mail-order only retailers such as Amazon or Play.com - and it's for this reason we don't match their prices. There are also some fitting and installation service conditions we take into account when we look at a price match - see below for details.
We match prices publicly available to all customers, based on those displayed in a shop, on the high street competitor's own website, or the first price quoted to us over the phone. The price has to apply to an identical individual product in terms of make, model, size or colour. We match bundles only on a case by case basis, and we don't match special prices only available to certain customers – such as negotiated prices or prices for groups like account holders or club members. We don't match prices only available via 3rd party websites, or with voucher codes
