What ever you do make sure you buy this with a 5 warranty, I'm in the repair sector and Lg aren't the most reliable , we would be a lot quieter at work without LG repairs , mainly screen faults, as good as the picture is I wouldn't touch one without a good warranty or if it was super cheap and the savings paid for appliance insurance ..
Oh and make sure you leave it in standbye as the tv runs a screen burn cleaner, if you switch off at the plug at night and get screen burn LG won't repair, it's easy to tell through the service menu how the tv has been powered off ..

12 months ago i made a comment that OLED TV's would be under £1500.00 in 12 months, I cannot tell you how much abuse I received for those comments I was told they would not be below 2-3k for years yet.. yet no one is going to say i told you so other than me!

My god you should be on the stock markets. True brilliance.
But sorry to burst your bubble - this is still over £1500 and if you made the comment 12 months ago for what was gonna happen in 12 months, you've failed. Unless you're talking 1080p of course. In which case it'd be hard to track those moving goalposts with human eyes.
if you already have sky q do you just get your bills knocked off for a year or is it hard luck? seems a bit unfair if so

doubt they would cancel your current contract, maybe add it to the following year?

I took the Sky Q offer and it actually made my current sub cheaper cos the multi room sub gets knocked off with Q

Their forgetting Oled is suppose to be standard, its expensive now because its new technology and you're funding research, basically you're a beta tester for the future standard item
Oled and 4k arent suppose to be some special features their standard, soon we'll see that

You hardly 'predicted' anything amazing did you, more like common sense, as technology ages it lessens in price, like saying Lloyd's bank shares will increase in value since 2 years ago, I don't think anyone is surprised that they have
