This has both of those two separate releases on one disk, I believe. All 6 games on one disk.

Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX contains 4 KH games and 2 KH movies that are made from the cutscenes from the Nintendo DS KH games.
Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue contains the next 2 KH games and 1 KH movie in the series. You wanna be completely up-to-date on all the game in 1.5 + 2.5 before you play the games in 2.8.
After you play the games in 2.8, you'll be ready for KH3.

I believe you are mistaken. Even GAME says it is 6 games on the disc:

This is now getting confusing. I didn't buy any of those two separate release. So did those two releases actually had these two games in playable form? My understanding is they've put both of those two releases in one either way?
