True, I also get the impression that the pieces have less flesh now compared to several years ago.

Yes, KFC now seem to actively avoid giving you any breast pieces, the only pieces with any meat on them.
I always get the 3 piece meal. I used to buy a 3 piece meal and get at least one breast piece, a leg, and a thigh. Now I don't even get a breast piece unless I specifically ask for breast pieces, which always constitutes a 15 minute wait and makes me feel awkward for asking.
This is why I've only eaten at KFC once in the last 2 years... on this occasion I got 2x thighs and 1x leg and still felt hungry afterwards. I'd simply recommend not eating at KFC anymore.

I had some hot wings earlier and one didn't have any meat at all just batter. The chips were cold not even warm.
