Well I thought I had found a good deal at Poundland. 1 litre of Dettol Laundry Cleanser for £2. However, it is on special at Tesco: reduced to £3 from £4.50 and that's a 1.5l bottle. So I will leave both deals with you. https://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=284275464

Exactly my thought. People find different bands at poundland but I doubt they genuine to be honest

COLD
This is £2 for 1L but you can get 1.5L for £2.99 from Savers, B+M etc
More pondland confusing prices making you think it is better value than it actually is.

I just grabbed at it because my flatmate always uses it and I remember it being about £4+ a bottle.

I would wait if you can for Costco to have it on offer- it is normally every couple of months or so and is £3.58 for the larger 2.5L size.

Think these are appearing in stores now because people who use liquid laundry detergent find that their machines can get a bit mildewy/smelly. The low temperatures don't help either.
An easy way to alleviate this is to alternate with powder detergent (as it has the bleaching agents) and do a maintenance hot wash every now and then.

It's rubbish like this that is going to result in today's kids having zero immune systems. Fair enough if there is a stomach bug, flu virus or a cold sore that you don't want getting passed around via towels, however, nobody should use this on a daily basis.

Most manufactures state a monthly maintence wash or after every 30 uses so agree with you very overkill to use this stuff with every wash.

I dont think its true. I also use this regulary as I go to gym nearly every morning and sweat a lot. Also I have a 3&5 years old boys who are sometimes dirty but I dont really think they are not sick because I use this product. Even the opposite. They are always sick so this product has nothing to do with the immune system

Or for animal bedding ALTHOUGH using the fragrance free version is much better for your pet as the smell can be strong to the human nose so for pets it must be overwhelming.
