A while back I posted in Ask about any Nvidia gtx 1060 equipped laptops being available for sub £1000. This appears to be the answer to that question!
This is a very good spec laptop for £999.99, which will be very good at playing the most recent games at close to, if not at max detail.
You get:
i5-7300hq
12gb Ram
256gb SSD
Full HD 15.6 inch screen
Nvidia GTX 1060 3gb
This is probably the best value pascal equipped laptop at under a grand so far. I'd be tempted if I didn't pick a warehouse deal up on a 17inch version last week.
Don't be discouraged that it is the 3gb version of the 1060. From the benchmarks I've seen, there isn't too much difference between this and the 6gb version.
You can also redeem a free copy of For Honor or GR:Wildlands

good spot.. I was myself looking for this model this afternoon after considering the hp omen posted here (lack of usb 3 ports etc.) and alienware (over 3.5 kg weight)
