Laptop is fully working, brand new retail return, but must be plugged in at all the times or you need to buy a new battery (replacing the battery will fix the issue)
Remember that this is basic laptop, for web browsing, watching movies etc. - this is not a gaming machine !
I had a quick look and I can't find a cheaper touch screen 11.6" Windows 10 laptop anywhere, so HOT for me !

Don't do this to yourself! I had a HP Stream 11 to take to the gym to do a bit of work. It was so awful by the time it booted up it was time to go! These are basically memory cards rather then SSDs. The price is good but the experience is terrible. Get a chromebook! Hell even an old netbook and stick an SSD in it!

Good but sold out? CPU is ok but definitely needs a bigger SSD. Any more around?

Did you uninstall all the bloatware, and stop unwanted applications opening on start-up?

We have this model without any problems, grated we don't run windows.
eMMC is what you're talking about, and they aren't that bad.

The cpu in these is weaker than the one found in most sub £50 windows tablets the only advantage is the higher amount of ram and storage space

Not sure what CPU you're looking at, but Celeron 1037U is much faster than any CPU that you will find in <£100 tablets:

The 1037u is also quite compatible with Hackintoshing, depending on the rest of the chipset. I remember there was quite a brisk business in these conversions when they featured in the Intel NUCs.

Nice find OP and the other 128GB one - though that is a repaired refurb not new. Personally I would still buy an ex-lease machine over these for performance but horses for courses as they say.

If you know how to upgrade your CPU and don't mind breaking the warranty this will be for you. But for just an intel graphic card not for me

Without looking into it, it's possible that the CPU and or RAM might be soldered? The CPU is good for price, but it would be good if the RAM and SSD could be upgraded.

Is this model 7270-9062? Looking to see if RAM is upgradeable.

According to eBay it is the 7270-9062.
Just noticed that they also do 14.0" version, with 64GB SSD for £189.99 - other specs seems to be the same:
