Cannot fault John Lewis warranties - sent off a smart watch 22m into a 24m warranty - couldn't repair within 28days so issued a full refund of the purchase price!! Above and beyond good service. Chap sat next to me while they were processing mine brought in a surface pro 3 that wasn't holding a charge and because it was in year 2 of the warranty they again issued a full refund for him to go find a new one as they couldn't exchange/repair it! I'd happily buy from them based off this experience

you only get the basic package of Sky Q free and you need to pay for installation, if you have a dish it'll need upgrading
i read you don't get much 4k content for free, they just give you enough for you to want more :smirk:
