Could be useful for others especially now the spring isn't too far away.

This is the tiny hose, I use one of these to send water to my cooper cooling ring when homebrewing...purchased last year in Wilko clearance these are good well made hose pipes thou expensive.
Half inch - 12.7mm standard garden hose is good for all domestic pressure washers.
This 7.5mm would restrict flow and depending how thirsty your unit is, wreck the pump.

It works with a pressure washer. Just non standard hose fit, so have to change the end. If you think it won't fit, it will, just have to soak it in boiling water to stretch it over the connector. I use it with Bosch unit

Yeah you can stretch it and make it fit, it might run but wont be doing your pump any good.
Pressure washers are positive fixed displacement pumps and displace the same amount of volume with each revolution.
The amount of water displaced is set by the pump pistons size and not water input.
If your feeding your pump less water than it is trying to use it creates voids of air at inlet. When these are then pressurised they violently burst causing damage to pump. In a piston pump it will also prematurely wear the flexible slipper joints on the pistons. Its called cavitation.
Manufacturers state a minimum hose and flow rate for exactly this reason.
My pressure washer outputs 9l/min. My 1/2" garden hose outputs 12l/min. If I restricted the diameter of hose it would without a doubt damage washer over time.
If you have low water pressure it makes problem even worse.
Look into it, I work with hydraulics daily and cavitation is one of the biggest causes of premature failure.

They are both good hoses, just different sizes.
The one youv'e ordered is 1/2" ID. This is standard size for garden hose.
1/2 provides good flow and ideal for pressure washers, filling buckets etc. Takes the standard 1/2" hozelock etc fittings that you find everywhere.
One in this thread is nearly half the intenal diameter and will provide around half the flow and volume.
No good for pressure washers and takes longer to fill buckets etc.
Is however easier to store and more managable. Ideal for watering plants, small patios, balconies etc.
