Bought this the other day after my old Stihl seized up and died. Purchased one of these about a year ago and have used it at least once a month for log cutting and tree pruning. My mate has a petrol chainsaw and yes it is more powerful but this is able to do nearly everything his can but is much lighter and less expensive. I've never had to renew or sharpen the chain ,highly recommended, even though the saw on its own has been cheaper

Kids Toy. Get one of these if you really want to cut wood. Much safer with the guards all around.

Should have explained it better. It's always been £49.99 but you can then get the discount on the accessories.

I have an electric Stihl, it's very powerful, I got it for more construction jobs and inside log cutting, if you want lots of noise and fumes then go with petrol.
