Buy two for £24 on multibuy, in which case you could have 14kg on one for more intense single dumbbell reps. That's my plan.

You can use one arm then switch arm, a more effective mode of arm curling than dual curling. 11kg is too light for the money though.

I think this is better value for money; especially since they're not screw on.
