Same here I preordered at the old £34.99 in the hope they would reduce it and sure enough my order updated to £28-£2 = £26! Very pleased with that. I know that Flubit might still come in slightly cheaper BUT flubit are VERY prone to cancelling orders on a whim, they take payment upfront and are often sluggish to dispatch, so for the sake of ~£1-2 I'll stick with Amazon....

The prime discount is a funny one, trying to find the T&C's for it but can't find the link, but basically if it's not listed on a certain page, it's not part of the promotion. Seems to be down to Amazon deciding, best thing to try is go on chat and have a whinge at them. They might sort it, or give you £2 credit to use
2. The offer is available only to Prime customers who place a pre-order or order one or more of the products displayed on www.amazon.co.uk/gamesave and sold by Amazon on the website http://www.amazon.co.uk. Purchases made from Amazon's Warehouse Deals or from third-party sellers on Amazon Marketplace do not qualify for the offer.

I preordered on Amazon when it was still £35 and got the £2 discount.
Just checked and the new price of £28 has been applied to the order as well as the £2 discount so the total is now £26
