This was posted 2 months ago at £14.99. Argos have now dropped the price further to £8.99.
I checked Argos for stock, I checked Liverpool, London, Leeds, Hull and Aberdeen for stock. Some stores had it available straight away, some would be click and collect in 4-5 days.
This is a mixture of metric and imperial sizes. Enlarge the photo, you will see both sizes marked.

I'm not sure why you can't get it, as others say click and collect in 4-5 days. This means its being moved from another branch or warehouse.
