Cheap for a reason. These have been ruined with cheaper inferior chocolate.

This "deal" is a perfect example of how big companies like Mondelez can keep shafting consumers.
This offer usually runs at least once every year for the same price (£1 per box).
Except recently, they:
• Reduced the number of eggs per pack from 6 to 5
• Reduced the weight of each egg
• Changed the recipe to use a lower-quality "chocolate"
So while previously you could get 6 semi-decent eggs for £1, now you get 5 lighter, inferior scum-tier eggs for the same price - but because it's a "great deal!" consumers lap it up and vote it up to 1000°!
No wonder these giant companies keep pulling nonsense like this!

This. The Kraft takeover has led to a number of poor decisions, this is probably the worst.

Esso service stations have 2 for £1 in Blackpool just before the M55, not sure if it's nationwide though. amazing how these go down in price months before easter so they can boost the price up in the weeks shortly before easter.
