Probably get shot down but this seems like an incredible deal for a top of the range model with a list price of £32205. Sat Nav included - add adaptive damping (suspension) for £510).
1) Wrong. It will be a factory order unless they have the vehicle matching your spec in stock - which even then still wont be a pre-reg
2) Wrong. It is the price they will have negotiated with a dealer or dealers before putting it on the website. Dealers will be prepared to make a loss to keep the sales up.
I have bought my last 3 cars through brokers (drivethedeal twice and carfile.net just last year) and on each purchase the dealer showed me the 'trade' invoice proving they have made between a £100-300 loss on each vehicle. They have to sell a certain amount to keep the franchise so will sell some at a loss to keep the business. And for every 1 broker sale there will be 3 morons paying list so the books more than balance. They also hope you go back for servicing and repairs.

It is a good deal, but I bet:
1) Its only one that never sold, cancelled order etc. its been registered and the plates change soon!
2) It did not ever exist, which being Drive the Deal would be standard practise! You get put through the dealer who cant match that offer b/c X Y Z but can offer you this price....
I did quick run with this and could not get it at that price, can you post a screen shot with date and time out of interest?

Info from clicking through on the link suggests these are brand new, not pre-reg:
NOTE: ALL BMW MODELS ORDERED VIA US WILL BE SUPPLIED BRAND NEW. YOU WILL BE THE FIRST AND ONLY REGISTERED KEEPER. SOME BROKERS ARE OFFERING PRE-REGISTERED CARS OR CARS REGISTERED TO YOU “CARE OF” AN UNRELATED COMPANY. KEEPING A VEHICLE REGISTERED IN THIS WAY IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE. A CAR REGISTERED TO YOUR NAME “CARE OF” ANOTHER COMPANY IS ACTUALLY REGISTERED TO THAT COMPANY NOT TO YOU . WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT BUY ONE FOR THE REASONS SET OUT ON OUR PRE-REGISTERED CARS PAGE IN PART (ii). IF ANOTHER BROKER CANNOT OFFER YOU THE MANUFACTURER’S FINANCE PACKAGES THEN THIS WILL BE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT REGISTERING THE CAR TO YOU. ALSO, WE RECOMMEND YOU NEVER PAY THE BROKER FOR THE CAR, INSIST ON PAYING THE MAIN DEALER DIRECT IN CASE THE BROKER FAILS TO PAY THE DEALER AND THE DEALER CLAIMS THE CAR BACK. BROKERS ONLY EVER ASK YOU TO PAY THEM IF THEY ARE NOT REGISTERING THE CAR TO YOU AT THE OUTSET.
Please note that the BMW dealer will require a minimum deposit of £1,000 (Subject to factory options).
Quotes and offers are for cars ordered between 1 January - 31 March and delivered by 30 June 2017.

I've use drive the deal before and they delivered what they said...they just put you in touch with the dealer...or hunt around and you can get the deal yourself if you want to put the work in contacting dealers. In fact I actually got a newer model as dealer wanted a sale and was happy deal.

Its not that hard to get 20% off these, it would be a starting point on any negotiations for me

If it's not hard to get 20% off then why would you make that a starting point in a negotiation? Surely start with more discount?
Cracking price for a cracking car. Personally I think the auto box in these is the way to go, it's so smooth when you want it to be and changes gear hellish fast when you've got your foot planted.

I can't comment on the BMW box but I had a Golf GTI with DSG and it was so good I've never had a manual car since.

There are some good deals to be had on cars at the moment. There is another website called carwow that has also recently started doing BMW.

Has anyone had any luck with Carwow? I've had a few quotes via their site and all have been rubbish.

I understand that, I run a big fleet. What I am saying is that you do not know how much of that is actual truth. You may have seen how many times cars are listed on here and then someone phones up and the deal is "gone".
Saying its a factory order, but the only ones for the quote a person gets turn out to be limited to the stock or on the boat already.
Either way if you buy the car and you get the price you want, be happy!
