Reviews say very loud/hot under load (80C) and it doesn't have a back plate either.

it's a 1080 but it's the most budget 1080 AIB blower card according to some reviews i read

i couldnt care less how hot it gets but i dont wanna a noisy fan thats for sure. price is so tempting though

You should, cards running hotter for longer periods of time will fail sooner than those with more reasonable temps. Yes, I know you can get it replaced in warranty, but dealing with GPU manufacturers (assuming it goes after the first year with Amazon) can be a pain, IME they are often slow to respond, and don't have any UK based facilities, so you have to pay for expensive international postage and wait weeks for a replacement and if you don't have a onboard GPU, that's weeks without a usable PC....
High end cards like this should have a minimum of two fans IMHO.
