I bought seven boxes of the Cardio capsules following my massive heart attack six weeks ago. I had my first cardio rehab session last week and asked about the benefit of these and would they be ok for me to take (in the hope of giving my heart a hand in repairing)!
The 'nurse' advised me not to take them really as there isn't valid proof that they actually work and my tablets could have adverse affects if I took them alongside. She told me just to have three portions of oily fish a week instead.
I suppose having one or two capsules a week shouldn't do any harm really if I happen to miss my fish intake!
