All the medical evidence says that vitamin tablets aren't needed when you consume a healthy varied normal diet.
Now lets condsider exactly what percentage of the population eats one of those!? Heat from me.

It's not the vitamin it's taking it in pill form. There's no evidence our bodies can take vitamins from a pill.

Bit of a sweeping statement "They don't work"..
Vitamin tablets/injections contain many different combinations of supplements including minerals. It's known that the likes of Vitamin C and Zinc for example can help boost the immune system. It also depends on the person, everyone's different as to how well they respond to said supplements.

Doesn't help that the NHS keep recommending them. They need to be more consistent, either they work or they don't.

They don't work. Vitamin pills have never been proven to work in ANY controlled study. Stop wasting your money people.

I bought seven boxes of the Cardio capsules following my massive heart attack six weeks ago. I had my first cardio rehab session last week and asked about the benefit of these and would they be ok for me to take (in the hope of giving my heart a hand in repairing)!
The 'nurse' advised me not to take them really as there isn't valid proof that they actually work and my tablets could have adverse affects if I took them alongside. She told me just to have three portions of oily fish a week instead.
I suppose having one or two capsules a week shouldn't do any harm really if I happen to miss my fish intake!

This Deal has been Posted a few times in the past, hehe.
On the back end if such from before, I got me 1 from Woolwich PoundLand recently too.
And yep!, Woolwich PoundLand had at least 5-7 left after I'd gotten my 1, so still some for the taking if anyone's interested. :-)
