postage is £10.50 for this if you've not got ocuk forum free postage, but still an excellent price when you factor it in anyway

great supply but 450w is a little on the small side if youve got a i7 and a 1070 plus some SSD drives and fans and other stuff it would be a question if this would be enough, i tend to think a 550w branded PSU is the minimum otherwise BSOD.

if your gonna run an x99 board with a 140w enthusiast cpu or sli 1070s+ then yes, but if not and you look at consumer i7's on z270 and single gpu you would'nt break 400w so have some room to add a decent oc too

lol fans and ssd drives use nothing.
also modern gpus use 75w-150w on load apart from the crazy expensive ones. if you had one of them you wouldnt be looking at a £40 psu in the first place.
this is powerful enough to run most modern systems.

£10 postage really kills it tho ...25% added to the price. :disappointed:. platinum is very good tho How long would it take to get back the price in electricity saved? assuming 10hours on per day?365

Really tempting. Could return the Corsair I bought from Scan as there's a loose wire inside that keeps catching on the fan (I've had to invert the PSU as a result) and get this.
Modular? Semi-modular? Or fixed cables?

I get free postage so this is a bargain for me . thanks - it's fixed cables, use a case with a hidden psu compartment and some nice extensions = profit.
