Why would anyone buy this version over the standard one? Standard looks nicer and costs almost 20 quid less.
You're getting a plastic cover which will just get scuffed on a shelf and some gold tinted pages. Not even an art print extra!

i tried debit card didnt go through as i didnt have enough funds. card works perfectly elsewhere like tesco online etc

I've bought from them before plus their faq states it's taken at dispatch. They must have tried to authorise it with a quid or something. They wouldn't actually take the money.

I too have had nothing but issues. I ordered a book that arrived looking like they'd had a quick game of football with it in the warehouse. I sent a nice email. Can you imagine their response? They told me to keep the book, and they will give me a refund! How dare they!? I cannot believe the fantastic service of this company it is a complete (non) disgrace, I can believe they are still in business!
