Cant believe they were still making HD Ready TVs in 2016.

Just so people are aware this is HD Ready and not full HD. In this day and age I wouldn't pay that sort of price for a TV that's not full HD but thats just my opinion. For something like a kids bedroom like you say I sure it'd suffice but I'm not voting either way

I paid 110 for a 21 inch pc monitor last year. another 30 quid for a 28 inch smart tv.. no brainer! will put a firestick with kodi in the back as well so will get everything

full hd is really noticable from 32 inch for watching normal tv

You wont notice the difference between a full HD (1080p) and 720p (HD ready) TV at this size. Bigger TV yes, but this is only 28 inches.

I received mine today for the bedroom and I'm really impressed. I shopped around and at this price it was a no brainer.
And it does have freeview. It also has the Netflix, Amazon prime, now tv, iplayer and 5 on demand apps plus some others. Took minutes to set up.
I know people are concerned that it isn't full hd but to be honest if I didn't know that I wouldn't have noticed. The picture is fab.

Does it come with USB? LG are normally good for USB playback and will play most files just a shame it's 720 and not full

It doesn't come with a USB but there are two USB ports. I'll be using my firestick. I haven't tried but you can attach an external harddrive and it supports divX files amongst others. Hope that helps

Yes but if using as a monitor then 720p isn't ideal. 720p v 1080p if used on a TV this size isn't noticeable really, but that's quite a lot a screen real estate lost for a monitor
