Waste the meat? Who said anything about wasting the meat? Don't worry it will ALL get eaten I've got 3 boys and they all love meat :wink:

Great buy.
Defrost, cook, cut into portions then freeze individual cooked portions. Also freeze the resulting stock in small containers.
Then use for anything you'd use chicken for - soup, rice dishes, sandwiches, salads, meat and two veg dishes, curry, pasta, the list goes on.
We are still eating turkey left over from Christmas using this method. Had turkey and corn soup just yesterday.

Frozen, straight across from the fridges where the ice creams etc are. There was loads left.
Apparently you are supposed to defrost it in the fridge for.............Wait for it..............88 hours! :confused:
