Yeah, wasn't expensive so so thought I might as well...
Live chat said they could only do 7%, so I just went for the 10% code.
When is yours due?

It's a desktop replacement where I had a 128gb SSD, 2 400gb HDD's and a 2TB HDD. I didn't want to compromise on the HDD if I could. It was £300 more than the 512HDD but that's an SSD, + 32GB RAM. 4k Screen is better than the FHD for everything except battery but it's likely staying in the house 95% of the time.
3year warranty because of the stories here

This is good for Dell, my old 9530 took 6 weeks! It may be up to a week later, depends if it makes the weekly flight to the UK.

Ouch. I better stop refreshing the order tracking expecting a miracle then.

I ordered on 02/02/2017 and It was delivered yesterday 08/02/2017 (FHD, 512GB version.
I was absolutely over the moon with it until I noticed that the right arrow key isn't attached properly so it flips up if you press the right side of it. Currently debating whether to have it fixed or ask for a replacement.
My head is telling me that a £1599 retail laptop should be perfect out of the box and what else may be wrong if the QC hasn't been 100% on this machine... Then again, I don't want to wait a fortnight for a replacement!

Is anyone able to run 3DMark (techspot.com/dow…75/?evp=0ebeebd91291fbf4bfb14a4cefc68416&file=1) on their 9560 and let me know their score on Firestrike 1.1
Mine score seems lower than I would expect - it's also picking up the GTX 1050 as "Generic", even though I've definitely got the latest drivers and pretty sure it's running through the 1050 and not the Intel HD
Cheers

Yep, dont get excited until you can track it in the UK, I don't know if things have changed but it used to land in the UK then you would have to take part of the shipment number and put that into UKMail to track it to the door.
I have always been cross shipped a new one then they collect the faulty. Go for it, why should you accept poor QC on a new laptop and have a complete strip down to get to the keyboard.
