A qualifying purchase requires the member to opt in and make a cashback earning purchase through the Quidco site, via the specified retailer pages, by 23:59pm on 06 January 2017.
Quidco holds a list of account holders eligible for this promotion. Ineligible account holders will not receive communications regarding the promotion from Quidco and will not be entitled to receive the £10 bonus.
If a claim is raised on a qualifying purchase the £10 bonus will not be given until the claim has been resolved and the claim approved.
The £10 bonus will be automatically added to users' accounts 3 days after the purchase has been confirmed by the retailer.
Quidco shall not be responsible for lost connections, miscommunications, failed computer transmissions or technical failures. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
Uses of personal data received by Quidco in the course of the promotion are subject to Quidco's data protection policy.
Quidco reserve the right to remove any account holders from the promotion that they feel may breach any of these terms and conditions or may bring the participant or the promotion into disrepute.
This includes purchases that may be fraudulent or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Any decision made by Quidco is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Minimum spend of £50 applies. Excludes delivery.

Hey all,
Just some clarification regarding the HP, Currys, AO.com or Dell bonus.
Following any succesful opt-ins into the bonus, the bonus amount will be added in within 3 days of your qualifying cashback reaching ‘confirmed’ status (That is when a cashback is processed and made available for payment).
If the bonus is not added into the account after the qualifying purchase's cashback is made available for payment, do get in touch with our customer support team who will be more than happy to help with that.
Moreover, if you do have any other bonus queries in regard to previous bonuses not received, don't hesitate to do the same and the lovely folks on the support team will do their best to get those sorted for you.

Certainly not defending Quidco, had a few items not tracking or cashback declined, but how many people on these threads is it going to take saying exactly the same thing before the penny actually drops......
The cashback is not added to the tracked item until after 'confirmed' status. There is no point whinging and whining until thus time has arisen and you have cause to complain.
Now seeing these £10 cashbacks are pretty new, can anyone hold their hand up and say their existing tracked item from a corresponding existing deal has gained confirmed status and the £10 has not been applied? If so then grumble in these threads and state as such, otherwise you are doing yourselves no favours complaining.

yep, they are hopeless these days. i bought a sim from vodafone via quidco and quidco advised my 5 months later it had been declined by Vodafone as they had paid it to another referer - likely story. i contacted Vodafone direct and they paid me after a bit of hassle. i used to do quidco alot, £00's in cashback over the past 3 years but i dount i will bother now, useless

I'm still waiting on the Zalando bonus from beginning of November - purchase still hasn't been confirmed yet :disappointed:
I do need some printer ink, however ... I might take a punt if HP is a similar price to elsewhere :smiley:
