Hey all,
Just some clarification regarding the HP, Currys, AO.com or Dell bonus.
Following any succesful opt-ins into the bonus, the bonus amount will be added in within 3 days of your qualifying cashback reaching ‘confirmed’ status (That is when a cashback is processed and made available for payment).
If the bonus is not added into the account after the qualifying purchase's cashback is made available for payment, do get in touch with our customer support team who will be more than happy to help with that.
Moreover, if you do have any other bonus queries in regard to previous bonuses not received, don't hesitate to do the same and the lovely folks on the support team will do their best to get those sorted for you.
I hope this helps.

Certainly not defending Quidco, had a few items not tracking or cashback declined, but how many people on these threads is it going to take saying exactly the same thing before the penny actually drops......
The cashback is not added to the tracked item until after 'confirmed' status. There is no point whinging and whining until thus time has arisen and you have cause to complain.
Now seeing these £10 cashbacks are pretty new, can anyone hold their hand up and say their existing tracked item from a corresponding existing deal has gained confirmed status and the £10 has not been applied? If so then grumble in these threads and state as such, otherwise you are doing yourselves no favours complaining.

When quidco start confirming AND paying cashback after a reasonable amount of time without the need for customers to chase them up via email multiple times. The fact you have to be "premium" to contact them on livechat or phone tells you all you need to know about this scummy company.

Have you uploaded a photo of you wearing odd socks to customer services..one red -on the left foot, and one with a paisley pattern on the right, as power the trends and conditions printed (very small, ok minutely). Alternatively You can send 20 emails to Quidco support, where they will be printed off and used as toilet paper. Sorry Joseph, but you're on a loser here. I did the Nike offer back in November when they offered a £10 bonus which tracked fine, was confirmed before Xmas at which point the £10 bonus showed and then as has been stated 3 days later the bonus was available to withdraw. Yes cashback can be a pain to track and I've had to submit claims in the past but I find TCB just as frustrating for that, can't see how they can keep justifying these bonuses but I've had a good experience so far and if I needed something from one of these retailers I wouldn't hesitate. Lets be honest here. Quidco are giving you free money for things you were going to buy.
If you need to contact a physical person to get involved they've got to pay those people. Either they can give people **** cashback rates and use that money to fund the staff, or they can offer higher cashback rates and let you decide if you'd like to opt for a premium service or not.
I'd take the higher rates and optional premium service any time. And don't forget you don't have to pay upfront, it comes out of your cashback.
As for confirmation times, this is completely out of their control and solely down to the retailer involved. Ditto any issues you have with your claims.

These guys are absolute jokers, my claims get denied or not tracked for no absolute reason and then no communication, impetus is then on the customer to be proactive to try to find out what happened. There shouldn't be such a headache over amounts of 3-4 pounds - i'm sure they're channelling these referral funds towards a bigger kitty. No doubt this deal will reach 2000+

Has it been problematic for many? Seems to me to be rather subjective considering these cashback bonuses are relatively new. Admittedly most of us at one time or another have had problems with cashback tracking on both Quidco and Topcashback....but personally I am not going to criticise these deals unless it does go Pete Tong, and really do not expect anyone else to without looking at the actual facts and terms and conditions of the deal. Like many others I wait before pointing the blame.

5 Jan 171#75
Actually, there is a good reason but Quidco won't tell you...
They made £12 million gross profit in 2015 from consumer purchases. The more claims that are rejected / failed tracking / Unqualified / Non-disclosure / Data Protection, is more money for them. Funny how Quidco work. It's a win-win for them with OUR money.
You can see their bank balance in contrast to consumers, where a seemingly large number (especially in Quidco related threads) struggle to receive their kickback having been mis-sold a deal. No prizes for guessing where the kickbacks actually wash up...
QuidCON, QuidCOLD...append your own relevant suffix.

However still no transparancy by Quidco or HUKD whether VAT is deducted before the cash back comes into play.
Very poor show by both companies will never use Quidco again due to being repeatedly ignored by them when asking a simple question that will effect many folks who go for these deals.

If so then grumble in these threads and state as such, otherwise you are doing yourselves no favours complaining.
That was November and still waiting
Not going to bother using quidco again
If you need to contact a physical person to get involved they've got to pay those people. Either they can give people **** cashback rates and use that money to fund the staff, or they can offer higher cashback rates and let you decide if you'd like to opt for a premium service or not.
I'd take the higher rates and optional premium service any time. And don't forget you don't have to pay upfront, it comes out of your cashback.
As for confirmation times, this is completely out of their control and solely down to the retailer involved. Ditto any issues you have with your claims.
My cashback is tracked, but not confirmed. So the £10 hasn't been added yet, but I fully expect it to be added when the status changes to confirmed.
If mine isn't confirmed then I expect many others who took up the same offer haven't been confirmed either.
Bit unfair to whinge about Quidco. The T&Cs are clear enough.
NB. Take screenshots of every damn thing you ever do on Quidco / TCB. Often the only way to prove you didn't get what you were promised.
Perhaps this way Fraudco is running the £10 bonus giveaway....
I'm really just flagging it up so that anyone thinking about going for this deal is at least partially informed that cashback on these deals has been problematic in the past for many.
We're really sorry, you're not eligible for this offer
I had my £10 bonus for spend at entertainer before xmas. It was paid within 3 days of normal cash back being confirmed as per the Quidco terms.
Im still waiting on the one for boots and my hubby waiting for a couple too. Based on our activity pages these should be coming in later Jan / February. Again 3 days after the normal cash back is confirmed.
I expect the 'it's not been paid' brigade will be eating their words over the next couple if months.
Are the previous £50.00 spend get £10.00 subject to VAT as most cashback are.
ie a £50.00 to £59.99 will we get £10.00 (previous HUkD deal) here-

the 'exclusions' only meantion delivery NOT VAT.
I have asked you this before with the £30.00 gets £10.00 worderly, bookdepository for audio books that carry 20% VAT but you ignored my question
hopefully you will answer this time as many folk have queried this.
thanks
To be fair I got mine, although it seems to take a hell of a long time for anything to be available on QuidCo compared to TCB.
Turnover : £64,710,548
Cost of sales : £52,554,547
Gross Profit : £12,156,001
They made £12 million gross profit in 2015 from consumer purchases. The more claims that are rejected / failed tracking / Unqualified / Non-disclosure / Data Protection, is more money for them. Funny how Quidco work. It's a win-win for them with OUR money.
You can see their bank balance in contrast to consumers, where a seemingly large number (especially in Quidco related threads) struggle to receive their kickback having been mis-sold a deal. No prizes for guessing where the kickbacks actually wash up...
QuidCON, QuidCOLD...append your own relevant suffix.
firstly, VAT at the standard rate on £25 isn't £2.50
secondly there's no vat on books!
However still no transparancy by Quidco or HUKD whether VAT is deducted before the cash back comes into play.
Very poor show by both companies will never use Quidco again due to being repeatedly ignored by them when asking a simple question that will effect many folks who go for these deals.
IS VAT DEDUCTED ON THESE DEALS to QUALIFY FOR CASH BACK?????
ie does £50.00 to £59.99 inc VAT qualify???
Chin up. We'll have another offer for you soon, but in the meantime we've still got great cashback offers available at over 4,300 retailers. Simply browse our offers by category or, if you know what you're after, search for a specific retailer.
"Quidco holds a list of account holders eligible for this promotion. Ineligible account holders will not receive communications regarding the promotion from Quidco and will not be entitled to receive the £10 bonus."
sin in option is too much disgusting. The main aim is to get lots traffics.
I confirmed with Quidco also if it included Reserve & Collect as it didn't mention it in the T&Cs, i have a transcript to say it does so fingers crossed.
