If you order something and it's delivered damaged. You contact the sender and they deal with it. You shouldn't be asked to deal with it yourself (contacting the courier), that is stupid.

I guess people want it for Google pay? it certainly doesn't bother me, that's what contactless debit cards are for

There wasn't much advancement in tech during the initial days of NFC being out but now it's totally changed. You have google pay and payment services and other features making use of NFC out there.

Not bothered about nfc, however that 810 toaster puts me off

​I've been using NFC stickers for years, just takes a quick Google search and a bit of imagination. Just think it hasn't been picked up by the manufacturers as much. My Sony TV has an NFC feature to allow me to control the remote with my phone when they touch. Madness, as I will already have the remote in my hand. See, just requires imagination by the big corps
