Every time this deal gets posted you post the same comment with change in prices. No idea what you trying to convey? Buying a returned item for less price is better than a brand new?? :smirk:

I'm looking to buy a midrange tablet as a present, how does this compare to the recently posted deals on tablets?

This is the cheapest price for this tablet now. It's better to Lenovo tab 2 a10-30 and the Asus deal for £99

Yep, this still remains a WHICH? Best Buy even though an older tablet now. Out scores the newer Tab 3

I have one, nice little tablet for the money, battery life is far better than any other tablet I have owned.
My only quibble is it's WiFi, which seems a little weak compared to the rest of my wireless devices.

Bought 2 of these last year, mainly for running Kodi, and they are great for the money. The screen is excellent with it being full HD (1920x1200).

It will update to lollipop as soon as you turn it on and ignore the comments not to as they refer to the original update and it has had several incremental updates to fix all the problems.

Argos - £149. Then you get £10 Argos voucher to use next time. Plus combine with the £10 paypal cashback on £100 argos spend via voucherbox - limited availability for an online purchase https://www.voucherbox.co.uk/vouchers/argos
- If you are an amex cardholder you may have a targeted offer of £45 argos spend and get £5 credit or spend £100 and get £10 credit. This can be combined with the other offers.
But with Tesco you get it for £139 + 139 club card points.
