Two of the three round vents on on each side are speakers, the bottom grill is blanked out on both sides - it has four speakers and no fan.
I returned a TV a few weeks back due to a fault. They collected next day and refunded in full later that very day. As long as the TV has a fault, no matter how intermittent it is they'll refund you. Example a line on the screen that shows up now and again or its randomly switching itself off - if you know what I mean
This is active 3D btw.

If only my TV would break, I'd get it!

Not sure how they can just add HDR through an "update".
Like saying I bought a 720p laptop but they sent out an update and now it's 1080p.

I looked at this yesterday. From a old thread it appears that hdr is available through a update

Most of the recent Hisense TV's have had ota hdr updates. I know its not top spec hdr but for £490 you wont get much better

What like Sony did with PS4 and Samsung with 2015 UHD TV Range have both also recently done...
The hardware is HDR capable so they send out a firmware update to enable it.

pixel count is a physical thing, you can't increase the number of pixels via an update, but you can update the firmware to enable more functions if the hardware can handle it.
