Would this be useful for me. Or should my drill be sufficient and it's just be that is the weak link?

I got one of these a few months ago for about £20. I've drilled house bricks, concrete etc. The key is to buy the right drill bit for the job. It's a decent drill for home use in my experience and I would definitely recommend it. At this price it's a bargain.

I also have this drill used it to drill into brick with no issues I think as long as you use the correct drill bits you will be fine, great deal
