Nothing wrong with turn based if that's what the man (or woman) likes. I believe there is a tactical option which pauses the game between attacks or something for fans of the older style of play.
I'd like the game but I'm lucky if i get time to take a dump at the moment, let alone complete a final fantasy game.

It's not a typical final fantasy but to say it's basically monster hunters means you have not had the time to check it out fully.

I once waited a month to get a refund on a game Gameseek never sent me. I ordered when there were 26 left in stock (haha yeah right!), the game never got sent out, then after my third phone call to complain I finally got a refund. I can highly recommend that people avoid Gameseek at all costs :man:

I had such high hopes for this, being a Final Fantasy nut.
You should be put off by the "This is a final fantasy for new players" warning message when you start the game.
It's basically Monster Hunter.
It's awful. At least I got £32 for it at CEX.

really sounds like you are not playing it right as most people are enjoying it, it does take a few hours to get used to it, don't tell me you want turn based combat you do know how stupid that would look, with the games graphics etc?
