If you are buying more than 1 then it's even cheaper to get from Carparts4less.co.uk as they are the same price but there is a 10% voucher for spends over £1

Instructions on Back and what really happens ....
While charging the power pack the red led will illuminant (Nope, It will Flash, on and off Red)
When fully charged the red LED goes off (Nope Red LED stops flashing and remain red)
When charging a device(ie phone) the blue led will illuminant ( Nope It's Red )

Most people charge their phones once a day and Lithium batteries are rated for 500 charge cycles, beyond that it's pot luck and when they randomly power down it's usually slightly higher power requirement than the battery can put out. So it's kind of expected. Not saying it's right or fair that you've paid all that money for a phone to fail but it is quite normal.
OP thanks - great find, always useful to have and being a branded unit, should be safer than the unknowns on eBay.

Just needs a new battery, really easy to do and costs about £3 on eBay! Looks complicated but it isn't following a YouTube video.

These a known fault with the 6S and apple are replacing batteries free of charge.. that have the exact problem mine has... BUT apparently mine isn't one of the effected ones.. obviously :smirk:
