Still waiting for my £10 from the original Argos offer

There's too many "failed to track" sales leads and declined claims happening, in my opinion. It's a system that doesn't offer any transparency and can mislead you into believing that you have saved money.
The only way to guarantee that you're saving money is to ensure that discounts are applied during checkout.
Not after.
On the limited information given, you're due £100. Can you imagine how many £100 kickbacks go astray, washed up "on the Beach"? Well, technically they're not missing. They're just being redirected to someone other than who it was intended for when the purchase was made and it probably doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to investigate into where it's been redirected.
No doubt you was expecting that payment kickback prior to purchase through a HUKD/Quidco promotion. This would potentially fall under the Misrepresentation Act 1967 [http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1967/7] but it's late and I'm too tired to wade through those particulars.
I asked a Quidco rep that occasionally posts here, and not surprising their presence given their direct affiliation, whether Quidco get paid per sales lead and when and who the actual referrer is during purchase, irrespective of whether the consumer gets a partial refund / cashback / kickback on their purchase or not. They essentially declined to answer a direct question, referring me to their FAQ where you can be pretty sure they're not answered there either.
As much as I can tell, they're also in bed with Amazon. That giant with over £5b UK sales (~9% global sales) but only paid £11m in tax. Companies that are great at taking your money, and for the most part, great and delivering your goods but when it comes to paying their fair share back out? [insert laughter]
I love HUKD and it's members but Quidco? Far from impressed and at times...smells like a coastal dock.

Hi
Exactly what I have been harping on about this deal is a scam, and yes HUKD ban me if you wish.
OP has been misinformed it is not £50.00 minimum at all its £60.00 as VAT is deducted.
Quidco and HUKD being a part of the same company should not let this happen and as they are - I smell a rat.
Voted cold as it is clearly false advertising - they clearly mention delivery is excuded (fair enough) but conveniently fail to mention VAT is excluded as well.
Shame on you Quidco - you are tarnishing your brand.
Be more transparant or dont bother mis-selling a 'deal'.

So they do! That shines a whole new light on my experience with Quidco!
A deal on here to sign up for a BT SIM deal offers £50 cashback.
I sign up for two deals, one for me and one for my daughter. Quidco states it has recorded my visit.
The cashback did not track so I filed a claim. I contacted Quidco and they said all was okay.
I was assured otherwise I would have cancelled the deal within the 14 day cooling off period.
Over a month after that they denied me two lots of £50 stating that they had failed to track.
After several phone calls to BT and Quidco all I could learn was that the refferal money went elsewhere!
I thought at the time the only other company that it could have gone to is HUKD.
I now believe this to be the case and I think there is a conflict of interest here.
I'll be writing to PAUL NIKKEL to ask him if this is the case.
Perhaps he'd like to comment here?

Yes same here. The funny thing is it doesn't even say anything about the £10 cashback on the activity page

there will be 1000s of us waiting from the first offer, mine was boots. But then again it can take 3 month's for it to move to "confirmed".
basically last time people didn't know they had to add vat on purchase but they still made a purchase worth £25 while quidco still made their earnings through referrals.

how long does it take Quidco to show a purchase - topcashback seem to notify within minutes even though it can take ages to by confirmed, but my last purchase from quidco isnt showing after a couple of hours.
