well, that's not the experience we have in our household, my wife & daughter love Kidston and their stuff always lasts well.

We bought a £50 bag for my 12yo daughter in September... It's already fallen apart!
They may look nice but they don't stand up to the daily punishment of secondary school life.

I have load of Cath Kidston bags, overnight bags, handbags, rucksacks, purses etc. Never had a problem with any of them. Very hardwearing and great value!
