Most products I checked were 25% off, not so great, consider that their margins must be 50%+

well, that's not the experience we have in our household, my wife & daughter love Kidston and their stuff always lasts well.
How's that for your herd mentality.

We bought a £50 bag for my 12yo daughter in September... It's already fallen apart!
They may look nice but they don't stand up to the daily punishment of secondary school life.

I contacted them and they said they hope click and collect is back up in a few days. I wonder if it's not available while the sale is on?

Personally never had an issue with quality at CK - if I did, I would return it. Yes it's expensive but then so are all the other 'branded' stores - looking forward to receiving my orders

Walked into one of their stores once and the first thing I picked up was a box of matches, saw the £5 price tag, laughed and walked out. Incredibly overpriced store.
