Has anyone ever had a quidco bonus pay out. Whenever they email me telling me about a bonus, I duly complete checkout and it conveniently doesn't track so no bonus or cash back.
I find quidco to be a waste of time in general. Always declined etc.
Is top cash back any better?

I generally find TCB are much better for customer service, but tracking etc generally the same.
Some retailers are notorious for declining cashback. In these cases, assuming you follow the rules its best to use Imutual is covered by their guarantee. Then you can claim even if denied by retailer.

My one with ToysRus and WHSmith tracked. However it hasn't been confirmed so no 10 pound bonus yet. I'm hopeful.
I've never had a bonus payment. Topcashback offered me a bonus before too and although after a claim I got the tacked cashback, I never received the bonus. I think these companies are the same sort. I only use quidco now though due to laziness.
Quidco works. I have earned a bit. Had lots of rejections in the early days so now i delete my browsing history before clicking through on Quidco as I think this site has tracking cookies and stops my quidco tracking.

Yep once, one refused but not sure why, one pending awaiting stock from retailer. Very hit and miss.

Yep. It seems it differs from person to person but in my experience they are better than Quidco
In fairness, tracking they are both equal for me and reliable. The single MOST important advice for getting a purchase to track is to clear browser history prior to clicking through and completing the transaction in one go.
Okay that's two things; but equally important
Other than that I found tcb customer service to respond quicker and actually resolve. Instead of a stock generic answer I've had from Quidco that hasn't answered what I asked

I agree entirely. I joined Quidco specifically to get 25% cashback on games from CDKeys on a special offer day of November 11. No cashback and no reply from Quidco. Very disappointed and annoyed.

All of these bonuses are excl. VAT
I just ordered on Very on the 20% off PS4 Pro deal with a £10 bonus - looks like I won't be benefitting from that one then. Very are supposedly dog dirt for paying out.
How are these cashback sites even allowed to offer bonuses on retailers that are not likely to pay out?

Personally the incredibly unfair terms for consumers produced by Quidco are:
Quidco reserve the right to remove any account holders from the promotion that they feel may breach any of these terms and conditions or may bring the participant or the promotion into disrepute.
This includes purchases that may be fraudulent or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Not sure those would stand up against complaints to the consumer watchdog!
edit: nonetheless if you follow the terms and don't go in thinking it is a guarantee then these are great promo's.
