That's because their prime customer base isn't us. It's low income customers who need to buy things on the slate and are usually content to pay interest or young people who want more designer clothes than they can afford. Morally speaking, they aren't much better than the likes of Brighthouse.

It took me almost 6 months to get £25 back from the last 10% off HP laptops deal. It was only when I said I was closing my account and leaving that they paid out within a couple of days.
