Was posted on here 2 days ago at £7.99, They're battery operated and can be used indoors or outdoors, so you can hang them pretty much anywhere! They come with 8 functions of flashes, fades and twinkles or you can just choose to have them steadily shining bright. They can also be set on a timer, which is perfect for outdoors so you won't have to pop out each evening to set them going.
To be fair, Deeky. I've purchased two sets of these today and I've put them down either side of the drive this evening. They're nice and bright and do look really good.
They've been up 90 minutes and I haven't changed the batteries once :man::smile:

Unfortunately the discount code HOME25 to get 25% off has expired (£7.99-25%=£5.99) , so that just proved that retailers are putting their prices up and then issuing discount codes to make us feel that we are getting excellent deal....

I guess this very much depends on which batteries you use.

I had some last year and the batteries lasted well - a good couple of months much to my surprise as I was expecting them to run out much quicker.

Make sure you know when buying they are battery operated. Bought these yesterday and didn't realise so need to go get 3 x AA batteries.
I know people aren't stupid but it didn't cross my mind they may need batteries.

Battery operate lights on a timer are great, I'd never go back to mains lights . I use rechargeable batteries on mine.
