Should be okay since it's not DHL. Over on the Mi Max Geekbuying thread someone logged the purchases in this comment. Only 2 people mentioned customs and they were DHL.

Mine's only just ordered. It will be replacing my Xiaomi Mi4 LTE which is on 3 and works faultlessly. Regularly get 70+ Meg speeds and voice calls are good and clear.

Not this phone but ive used a Redmi note 3 and currently have a Mi Max and get 4G on Three no problem as long as you select the "prefer LTE" option in settings

Band 20. It's band that allows 4G on O2 and Vodafone, and any network that use those carriers.
