The REASON why most store don't have it is because most stores don't keep the game itself in store. Only keep console in store. If its convenient than console only than when you go in store tell them it comes with free game and you would like to order the game which they will happy to do. You will have to wait a week for it. So if you are not in rush for the game than do it. Work myself in currys so i can confirm that this can be done. Link for the console itself is below.
Currys don't appear to have any stock of the 'name your game' xbox one. A similar post with the new forza also shows no stock anywhere and no option of home delivery.

Classic Curry's in store only. Good luck finding any stock. You'll need even more luck to successfully collect one.
