The REASON why most store don't have it is because most stores don't keep the game itself in store. Only keep console in store. If its convenient than console only than when you go in store tell them it comes with free game and you would like to order the game which they will happy to do. You will have to wait a week for it. So if you are not in rush for the game than do it. Work myself in currys so i can confirm that this can be done. Link for the console itself is below.
You might get lucky in store, as you can only "reserve and collect" if the store has more than 1, so stores with 1 in stock will show as unable to reserve.
Ended up buying from Argos today. £179 with FH3, Quantum Break, Alan Wake (360 and only worth a couple of quid, but hey, can't complain) with a £10 Argos voucher in their current spend £100 get £10 back. FH3 is still £40 and QB is £25 which makes the console £104 - cheaper than some bluray players! If you don't need/want the S, it's a bloody good deal.
Checked yesterday and no stock, checked again just after midnight and there was stock again - so Argos do have these around, just need to wait for a reservation to expire to grab one.

I managed to get one from Argos after searching a few times too! Albeit mine was the Rare Replay pack with Ori & the Blind Forest and Forza Horizon 3.

Classic Curry's in store only. Good luck finding any stock. You'll need even more luck to successfully collect one.

Currys don't appear to have any stock of the 'name your game' xbox one. A similar post with the new forza also shows no stock anywhere and no option of home delivery.
