I'm sorry folks, and no disrespect to you OP, but some people STILL just don't get it.
IT WOULDN'T MATTER IF VODAFONE GAVE YOU 100GB DATA, UNLIMITED EVERYTHING ELSE, AND CHARGED YOU 10p - THEY ARE STILL THE WORST MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER ON EARTH!
And that was even before last weeks £4.6 million fine for failing customers!
From Ofcom:
One investigation found that 10,452 pay-as-you-go customers lost out when Vodafone failed to credit their accounts after they paid to ‘top-up’ their mobile phone credit. The affected customers collectively lost £150,000 over a 17-month period.
In a second investigation, we found that Vodafone failed to comply with our rules on handling customer complaints.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, AND AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

I have been with Vodafone for 10 years. I have a pay monthly plan with 22GB data, unlimited texts & calls for 18 pound per month. I tested the 4G speed at home this week and got 54mps... I am happy with Vodafone.
Opinions are like bum holes, everyone has one and most of them stink.

Agree with five bob bill
I had a 12 month contract with voda and would never be a customer again
I've used all providers and I find giffgaff the best for me which is the o2 bearer
Vodafone was good in one spot move and it was not do hot
With giffgaff on data centers in the north and midlands it's the only one that can still make and revive calls
My personal experience and bum hole

i am tempted by this deal and vodafone can't discount it anymore (i've tried), but i'm swaying more towards BT's 15GB sim only...
£20pm - £90 giftcard - £84 (was £77) TCB = £66 or £5.50pm (+£5pm if not with BT)

Agree with FiveBob
they are an absolute joke. Please stay away unless you want random amounts of cash debited from your bank. Total joke of a company.

100% agree, i had the opportunity to leave them and joined o2, recently received £360 reimbursement through ombudsman.
Not to mention Vodafone do not have data caps and every month you find these odd random charges

Have to agree. I bought a sim only and topped up. Took the money and put me on a tariff I didn't want with no option to change. Terrible - would never use again, ever.

I think I should of stayed with o2 then.

I agree too. I've been with them for a few months. Unbelievable. After speaking with them over 17 times trying to sort out billing issues, disconnection, and data allowance I have now given up trying, defeated. Each month's bill has been wrong and unfathomable so far. Unbilled usage quoted on myVodafone is equally a work of fiction.
As I've said before, go with them if you're feeling lucky....

Signal is better for me than ee both 4g and 3/2g
Customer care is bad but for roaming they also wipe the floor with ee for value.. As well as the entertainment bundle with this sim
